Therapeutic Perfumes
Use up to 25 drops of essential oil to 10
mls. of carrier oil. ie: bland Vegetable oil, soya, Corn,
Grapeseed, Almond, or Jojoba in the mixes below.
1. When you feel tense with stress
thoughts constantly invading sleep:
10 drops of Bergamot:
5
drops of Clary sage;
3
drops of Ylang Ylang;
if you wish to bring the blend down a
little, and add 10 drops of sandalwood.
2. When you need comfortring and
uplifting:
10 drops of sandalwood:
5 drops of Ginger;
5
drops of Bergamot or Lemon.
3. When you feel ungrounded e.g.
after the flu when you are feeling light headed and distant:
15 drops of Patchouli:
6 drops of Ylang Ylang;
use these blends as you would perfume.
SKIN PERFUMES:
MOCK JASMINE- THIS RESEMBLES THE COSTLY
JASMINE ABSOLUTE; 10 DROPS OF FRANKINSENCE; 6 DROPS OF YLANG
YLANG.
PAROAH-(RTHER HEAVY AND SEDATE):
10 DROPS OF FRANKINSENSE; 4 DROPS OF MYRH;
6 DROPS OF CEDARWOOD; 5 DROPS OF ROSE.
COTTAGE GARDEN: 10 DROPS OF LAVENDER;
6 DROPS OF ROSE; 4 DROPS OF CLARY SAGE; 1 DROP OF TAGET.
MANDELAY (ORIENTAL CHEERFUL,
SEDUCTIVE):
16 DROPS OF YLANG YLANG; 40 DROPS OF
BERGAMOT; 30 DROPS OF PATCHOULI; 10 DROPS OF CORIADER OR
GINGER.
MOMENTS (SENSUAL, FLOWERY/WOODY
AROMA):
55 DROPS OF SANDALWOOD; 15 DROPS OF
CEDARWOOD, 15 DROPS OF ROSE; 15 DROPS OF YLANG YLANG
MASSAGE OIL FOR CELLULITE:
50 MLS. GRAPESEED OIL (OR ANY OTHER
VEGETBLE OIL):
10 DROPS OF JUNIPER 10 DROPS OF LAVENDER;
5-10 DROPS OF LEMON METHOD; FUNNEL THE GRAPESEED OIL INTO A DARK
GLASS BOTTLE, ADD THE ESSENTIAL OILS AND SHAKE WELL. THIS
MIXTURE IS ALSO GOOD FOR ACHING MUSCLES AND JOINTS.
