Aromatherapy Essential Oils (for your well being)


Therapeutic Perfumes

Use up to 25 drops of essential oil to 10 mls. of carrier oil. ie: bland vegetable oil, soya, Corn, grapeseed, almond, or jojoba in the mixes below.

1.  When you feel tense with stress thoughts constantly invading sleep:

  • 10 drops of Bergamot
  • 5 drops of Clary sage
  • 3 drops of Ylang Ylang

if you wish to bring the blend down a little, and add 10 drops of sandalwood.

2. When you need comfortring and uplifting:

  • 10 drops of sandalwood
  • 5 drops of Ginger
  • 5 drops of Bergamot or Lemon

3.  When you feel ungrounded e.g. after the flu when you are feeling light headed and distant:

  • 15 drops of Patchouli
  • 6 drops of Ylang Ylang

You will use these blends as you would perfume.

Skin Perfumes:

Mock jasmine - this resembles the costly jasmine absolute

  • 10 drops of frankinsence
  • 6 drops of ylang ylang.

Paroah-(Rther Heavy and Sedate):

  • 10 Drops of frankinsense
  • 4 drops of myrh
  • 6 drops of cedarwood; 5 drops of rose.

Cottage Garden:

  • 10 Drops of lavender
  • 6 drops of rose
  • 4 drops of clary sage
  • 1 drop of taget

Mandelay (Oriental Cheerful, Seductive):

  • 16 Drops of ylang ylang
  • 40 drops of bergamot
  • 30 drops of patchouli
  • 10 drops of coriader or ginger

Moments (Sensual, Flowery/Woody Aroma):

  • 55 Drops of sandalwood
  • 15 drops of cedarwood
  • 15 drops of rose
  • 15 drops of ylang ylang

Massage Oil For Cellulite:

  • 50 mls. grapeseed oil (or any other vegetble oil)
  • 10 drops of juniper
  • 10 drops of lavender
  • 5-10 drops of lemon method

Funnel the grapeseed oil into a dark glass bottle, add the essential oils and shake well. This mixture is also good for aching muscles and joints.
